We do not accept returns or exchanges on body oils, body butters, perfumes, or other personal care products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thegoldenauraofficial@gmail.com include photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
