WHAT HAPPENS IN THE ORCHARD π
The orchard feels different after sunset.
The families have gone home, the last bit of daylight has disappeared behind the trees, and the rows are quiet except for leaves crunching beneath your feet. Ripe apples hang overhead as the two of you wander farther from the lightsβand farther from everyone else.
Maybe you wanted a little privacy.
Maybe you knew exactly what you were doing.
It starts with a kiss beneath the apple trees. One kiss becomes another, hands begin to wander, and that innocent little walk through the orchard quickly becomes anything but.
One thing leads to another...
Somewhere between a whispered βwe should probably go backβ and absolutely no intention of going anywhere, you find yourself holding onto the trunk of an apple tree, his hands at your hips, the basket long forgotten in the grass behind you.
Picking apples is officially the last thing on either of your minds.
Juicy red apple and midnight plum hang sweet in the cool night air, dripping into golden caramel and warm cinnamon. Velvety vanilla melts into dark amber and seductive woods, leaving something sweet, boozy and downright sinful against heated skin.
By the time you finally wander back out from between the trees, your cheeks are flushed, your hair is a mess, and you definitely didnβt pick enough apples to explain how long you were gone.
Then again...
You didnβt go in there for the apples anyway.
What happens in the orchard...
stays in the orchard. π
